Account Management

We ensure that every customer has a dedicated Account Manager to provide a 1-2-1 personal service, allowing them to oversee the account, monitor business objectives and explore innovative methods of improvement. All our account managers have extensive experience in print and related services, they will also be a single point of contact at all times and will offer truly unbiased advise on all projects.

They are teamed with an office based Co-ordinator who is able to oversee stock management and who manages the day to day housekeeping of the account to ensure efficient and smooth delivery of all objectives. In turn they have additional support from an aligned customer support team.
