Category Consolidation: Through the use of our reports, Thinkprint can identify areas of savings to be realised through product consolidation. This is an area of significant savings based on the fact that there are 1,000's of items within today's printed operational, business and bespoke products. This process involves analysing your demand by product range, and then developing standards within each product group in order to maximise savings opportunities.

Product Segmentation: In addition to consolidation of products within each category, we further segment these products into two categories, those being business and operational product. In doing so, we are able to present solutions to clients based on this segmentation.

End User Assistance: Thinkprint strongly believes that end user education concerning their alternative product choices is critical in both gaining their involvement and eventual utilisation of lower cost or "greener" products. This process is supported through our professional customer services team.

Performance Monitoring: During regular reviews with our account team, missed savings opportunities are identified by item and user so that specific plans can be made to increase uptake of these savings. This has proven extremely effective in both tracking savings and continually improving results through a focused strategy.
